Sometimes the most useful thing I can do is not build. A few days of product strategy or AI/automation advisory, before any code gets written.

Output is decisions, written recommendations, and clarity — not deliverables. What you do with the decisions afterwards is up to you; sometimes that turns into a Development or Co-Founding engagement, often it does not.

It works for teams figuring out whether to build at all, for founders weighing two directions, and for companies looking at how to use AI in their product or their workflows.

QWhat does a "day" mean?: A focused working day — typically including a synchronous call with you and a written output the same day or the next. Not an open-ended retainer.
QWhat do the deliverables look like?: Usually a written document with the decisions, options weighed, and a recommendation. For AI advisory, this often includes a small prototype or a vendor shortlist.
QCan this lead into a Development engagement?: Yes, often. If we agree it makes sense, the next step is a Fixed-Price scoping call. There's no obligation either way — sometimes the recommendation from consulting is to not build at all.
QWhy is the rate not on the site?: Because the right number depends on the scope. The scoping call is short and free; I send a quote afterwards.
